How we research

Specs come from the makers' product pages and manuals. Some figures come from the Amazon listing, and the page says when one does. When a maker's chart and its manual or listing disagree, the page shows both figures, as on the SetPower RF20 vs BougeRV CR22 page.
The pages show no prices and no review scores. They are not tests, and nothing on them was measured by the site.
How pairs are chosen
Each page puts two products side by side that a buyer could weigh against each other, such as two power stations with similar stored energy or similar jobs. The page names what each one is better at and when to skip it.
How runtimes are calculated
Runtime pages use one formula: hours = capacity in Wh × 0.85 × 0.90 ÷ (load in W + standby draw in W).
- 0.85 covers inverter losses.
- 0.90 assumes 90% of the battery is usable.
- Standby draw is the maker's published figure. If the maker publishes none, the page assumes 9 to 18 W, labels it as an assumption, and shows the result as a range.
- Hours under 10 are rounded to one decimal. Hours from 10 up are rounded to whole hours.
These are estimates, not tests. A fridge cycles on and off, so its real hours will differ. A worked table is on what the Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 and Bluetti AC180 will run.
